Dear Tara Woods Residents,   

The Statutory Rent Committee has an annual opportunity to meet with Hometown’s executive vice president, Gena Paugh and Chris Engle our community manager.

At that meeting, in addition to verifying any increase in lease fees and pass thru charges according to our lease agreements and prospectuses, we suggest NEW amenities for our community. (A wish List).  These new amenities would enhance the day-to-day living experience at Tara Woods and thus also enhance Hometown’s success in finding new renters and buyers.

We are asking for your response to the survey attached.

*The statutory rent committee is appointed by the Tara Woods HOA Board of Directors under the authority of State Statute 723 to verify any lease and pass thru charge increases made by Hometown America according to your lease agreements and prospectuses.

Committee members are: Peter Krilivsky, Alice Loveday, Kathy Murshell, Keever Shropshire, and Jim Laudadio.

Our Board of Directors’ liaison is Sue Cook.
