Get your body moving, stretching and toned in the Clubhouse with your friends!!
Meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00AM and 12:30PM

These are low impact sessions specifically for older adults (seniors). Each class includes Cardio, Toning and Balance. Bring weights (or water bottles).

COME JOIN US FOR SOME GOOD EXERCISE, FUN, FRIENDSHIPS AND CHALLENGE YOURSELF.
